POLL 64: MALAYSIAN FILMS

My poll 64 is still inspired by Criticine (http://www.criticine.com ), a website of the late Alexis Tioseco. I used to avoid Malaysian films during film festivals, but Criticine changed my mind completely in late 2005.

I think the first Malaysian film that I saw may be DREAM PRINCESS 2 (1998, Aziz M. Osman), which I don't like at all. I saw SPINNING GASING several years later. I think the film is good, but it doesn't make me feel very enthusiastic about Malaysian cinema as a whole. It's Criticine that made me very interested in Malaysian cinema.
