Some parts of MACHETE KILLS remind me of WINDMILLS OF THE GODS
(Sidney Sheldon), because WINDMILLS OF THE GODS also deal with a killer whose
real face no one knows, and a revolutionary leader who has mental problems
after being forced to watch his wife and daughter being tortured and killed.
