POST-TRAUMATIC FILMS

เพิ่งอ่านข่าววันนี้แล้วก็รู้สึกกลัวมาก ไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่าคดีนี้จะถูกสร้างเป็นหนังหรือเปล่า แต่ตอนนี้ตำรวจอินเดียเพิ่งจับกุมตัวผู้ชายสองคนในเมืองไฮเดอราบัด หลังจากที่ผู้ชายสองคนนี้ข่มขืนแล้วฆ่าผู้ชายไปแล้ว 11 คน โดยส่วนใหญ่เหยื่อผู้ชายที่ถูกข่มขืนจะเป็นคนงาน (labourers)

ผู้ชายสองคนนี้เป็นสมาชิกของแก๊งๆหนึ่งที่มักจะล่อลวงคนงานชายไปข่มขืน

เมืองไฮเดอราบัดเป็นเมืองทางใต้ของอินเดียที่เป็นที่ตั้งของสำนักงานบริษัทชื่อดังในธุรกิจเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อย่างเช่นบริษัทไมโครซอฟท์, ไอบีเอ็ม, เดลล์, ออราเคิล และกูเกิล

ไม่รู้ว่าหนังแนว POST-TRAUMATIC ที่น้อง merveillesxx ชอบคือหนังแนวยังไง แต่ถ้าหากพูดถึงหนังที่มีตัวละครที่ฝังใจกับเหตุการณ์เลวร้ายในอดีต หรือเพิ่งรอดชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์เลวร้าย ก็จะนึกถึงหนังเรื่อง

Film opens with the mad rush of haphazard freedom as the concentration camps are liberated. Men are trying to grab food, change clothes, bury their tormentors they find alive. Then they are herded into other camps as the Allies try to devise policy to control the situation. A young poet who cannot quite find himself in this new situation, meets a headstrong Jewish young girl who wants him to run off with her, to the West. He cannot cope with her growing demands for affection, while still harboring the hatred for the Germans and disdain for his fellow men who quickly revert to petty enmities.

6.ALMOST PEACEFUL (2002, MICHEL DEVILLE, A+)
เรื่องราวของกลุ่มคนยิวที่พยายามตั้งต้นชีวิตใหม่ในฝรั่งเศสหลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง โดยตัวละครในเรื่องนี้ไม่ค่อยแสดงความทุกข์ทรมานออกมาตรงๆมากนัก

เรื่องของสองสามีภรรยาที่ไปเที่ยวเวนิซหลังจากลูกตาย

Following the drowning of their child in England, Laura (Julie Christie) and John Baxter (Donald Sutherland) have come to dank, eternally dying Venice, where he is supervising the restoration of a moldering church and she is either slipping into or climbing out of madness with the help of a pair of creepy spinster sisters, one of whom can "see" even though blind. John may share this psychic power, though he resists accepting it as the canals fill with murder victims, surface realities turn shimmery as water, and a red-coated figure--the daughter's ghost?--keeps flickering in the corner of our vision. Though surreal and perplexing, the film does eventually add up, and the ending remains a real throat-grabber.
