Wiwat Lertwiwatwongsa, aka Filmsick, posted his new film called THE STRANGERS IN THE SEA, in youtube. You can watch his new film at:

I just met him in Phuket and we went to Naiyang Beach on the northern part of the island on Saturday, May 3. He shot this film there. I like this beach very much.

My trip to Phuket surprised me a lot. Before the trip began, I hoped it would turn out as THE GREEN RAY (1986, Eric Rohmer, A+++++), which means I might find a handsome man to be my husband or something like that. Unfortunately, my trip turned out to be OPEN WATER (2003, Chris Kentis, A+), because my friend and I went snorkeling on Friday, but we were carried away by very strong waves farther and farther from our boat and the shore. The more we swam, the farther we were from the boat. We couldn’t fight the waves. The boat crew didn’t help us immediately because they had to take care of other tourists. So they let other tourists snorkeling for one hour as promised, then they came to pick us up from the sea after we were adrift in strong waves for one hour. I don’t think I will ever go snorkeling again.
