>>IDEA
We are in materialism world. Materialism is a cause of a mess in our societies or we – who cling to materials – mess it by ourselves. A defense mechanism in human mind may start automatically to make us look for other suitable reason and refuse to survey our own minds. Peace has gradually dissolved in the sea of confusion since we’ve stepped in this hell of mind. Now materials are all around us. Do we live with them, or we live by their influences ?

PRESENTATION
My presentation contains paintings, sculptures and multimedia art works showing my interest in an old Thai way of life which was simple and relaxing. This was a consequence of Buddhism principles giving a good attitude about living. A positive thinking led Thai people realize how to live simply. Adjusting and compromising were the way to live peacefully by anything coming into lives. Besides, the most important thing was a principle to control desire. This made us see the importance of sufficiency. These keys of living were developed to moral and culture. So, I’d like to present my interest in an original Thai way of life through this art exhibition to communicate with people in the societies standing between old cultures and new coming social factors for the aim of motivating all of us to survey our own minds. The exhibition installation will be related to space for presenting the main idea “Materialism is a cause of a mess in our societies or we – who cling to materials – mess it by ourselves.”<<
